1. Premix the CBD granule with Sodium Bicarbonate and Sodium Benzoate. Mix the color with Sodium Carbonate. Place Citric Acid in a bowl of a suitable blender.

2. Slowly add 2 mg of water to the Citric Acid and mix thoroughly to form a moist blend. Add to the blend, in sequence, while mixing, the Sodium Bicarbonate mix and the Sodium Carbonate color mix. Mix until uniformly distributed.

3. Compress tablets using suitably sized tooling. Cure the tablets, cool, and package in aluminum foil.

1. Pre-mix CBDC-75 with one-third quantity of the microcrystalline cellulose and one-half the quantity of the anhydrous lactose in a blender for 5 minutes at 20 rpm.

It must also be pointed out that the compression hardness of 6 kp gives the tablet chewable characteristics. Furthermore, the required S/8-in. tooling would put some restriction on the tablet press that could be used for the product.

1. Mix thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, tartaric acid, sodium bicarbonate, sucrose crystalline, sucrose powder, and 35g povidone.

2. Mix 5g povidone and isopropanol.

3. Granulate thiamine mononitrate mixture with povidone solution.

4. Dry at 60�C with vacuum.

5. Mix riboflavin, ascorbic acid, cyanocobalamin, vitamin A, vitamin E, PEG 6000, and crospovidone.

6. Mix riboflavin mixture into granulated mixture.

7. Compress into 2500mg tablets with 20mm bisect tooling at maximum 30% relative atmospheric humidity.

1. Mix thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, tartaric acid, lactose monohydrate, 100g corn starch.

2. Mix 3g corn starch and 50g water.

3. Granulate thiamine mononitrate mixture with corn starch solution prepared at 70�C.

4. Dry granulated mixture then sieve.

5. Mix beta carotene, cyanocobalamin, ascorbic acid, vitamin E, sodium bicarbonate, flavours, and saccharin sodium.

6. Add beta carotene mixture to granulated mixture, then pass through 45 mesh sieve.

7. Compress into 1630mg tablets with 16mm bisect tooling at maximum 30% relative atmospheric humidity.

1. Grind together glycine hydrochloride, potassium chloride, potassium bicarbonate, potassium citrate.

2. Mix the ground materials in a tumble blender for 15-20 minutes.

3. Granulate the mixed powders with a solution of polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyethylene glycol 8000 (powder), saccharin dissolved in isopropyl alcohol.

4. Spread the granulation on trays and dry in a forced-air (convection) oven at 50-55°C until the alcohol odor is gone.

5. Pass through a 12 mesh screen.

6. Place granulation in a tumble blender and blend in siliea gel (fumed), citrus flavor (spray-dried), L-Leucine (pulverized).

7. Compress 25mm diameter, flat-faced, beveled edge tablets each weighing 3,410mg.

Dry excipients are blended, and the dry mix is moistened with an appropriate amount of 4.7% (w/w) microcrystalline cellulose.

The wet mass is passed through sieve number 16.

The granules are dried in a hot air oven at 40 ± 2°C for 2 hours.

The wet granules are re-sieved through number 14 sieve.

1ml of S. officinalis essential oil is mixed with sorbitol and dried in the oven for 1 min at 40 ± 2°C.

Powder containing essential oil is added to dried granules.

The granules are lubricated with 3% (w/w) magnesium stearate.

Mint extract is added as a flavoring agent.

Propylparaben is added as a preservative and antibacterial agent.
