The RTP 41 rotary tablet press has 41 stations, which allows it to make between 200 and 250 thousand tablets an hour. It also comes with variable speed control, four speeders, which work from a separate system, which are also variable, and a dust extraction system, which are all built in to an easy-to-use control panel. There are two pressing stations to the 41 Station, one on the front and one on the reverse. Both of these are adapted and controlled by the front knobs, which allow you to adjust press pressure and fill depth.
The RTP 41 comes with a master control key, which allows you to disable the machine when you are not around. The machine has two panels which control the speed of the machine and the speed of the four-speeders. It also has warning lights for your dust extraction system, the emergency stop button, the power inlet, and other functions.
After five minutes of production, we have probably got out, well, in the region of 50 to 60 thousand tablets. They are a little bit dusty, but they need to be run through a tablet de-duster really. Take a look at our de-dusting video and there you go. That's the Rotary Press 41 Station.
